How are enrollment times determined after the first quarter for freshmen?

<p>I'm just curious about how we're assigned enrollment times, because I've heard that the fall enrollment times for freshmen are random. I unfortunately ended up with a really late time (today at 10:20am), so my planned schedule right now mainly consists of GE's, since I don't want to risk not being accepted from waitlists.</p>

<p>Is it based on how many credits you have? I have 79.5 credits from AP tests/CC classes, and I'm not a Regents scholar.</p>
