<p>EFC is “Expected Financial Contribution” if you want to know roughly what your EFC is, type EFC Calculator on google and they’ll have a simplified one for people who aren’t fully aware of how much money their dad’s business is valued at, etc.</p>
<p>happyday21: sorry EFC is estimated family contribution and it’s what you get back from the SSS (? acronym stands for) after you send in the parent financial statement . Probably your parents are dealing with this stuff if you are applying for Financial aid. The schools use the EFC to help determine the aid they will give you.</p>
