How are Hopkins' A Capellas?

I've only noticed 2/ the Octopodes and the AllNighters

are the Octopodes as bad as the youtube videos sound?

There are a lot more than those two. Off the top of my head, there are also the Vocal Chords, the Mental Notes, the Sirens, and numerous specialized groups along ethnic or religious lines (Jewish, Christian, etc.).

They are mostly pretty good in person but, of course, since their membership changes every year—their quality can go up and down as well. Often, the recordings don’t do them justice because the groups seldom have the money to afford a good recording production. If the mixing is poor, it won’t sound good.

Sirens have some hot chicks :)

nah that’s what towson and loyola are for ;)

AWESOME!!
