I’m assuming you’re applying to Stern?

I know kids who have gotten in with similar stats. Just make sure you write a good essay and have teachers who know you well write recs.

Is a 28 on the ACT low for Stern?

yes, i am applying to Stern. Also, I forgot to include it - my class rank is 43/498.

I know NYU’s overall ACT middle 50% was like 28/29 to 31.

I imagine that Stern is probably slightly higher.

28 is kind of low but if the OP does get 32 there shouldn’t be much of a problem.

Oh, I quickly read your predicted score as your actual score. NYU’s admissions from what I seen is pretty holistic. I know kids who were LSP-ed with 31+ SAT scores.

I got the 32!!

You just look like you’re one of many applicants applying to Stern. What makes you special? Stern has a low acceptance rate. ( About 20% ED I have heard.)

BTW, being Asian really screws you. ( I feel the pain too :P)
