How Are My Chances of Getting Into Duke?

Hi, I'm a senior and I'm really struggling to find out how I can better myself to get into Duke. I want to major in biology/premed and enter the science program that leads into a great medical career ahead of me. Particularly for cardiology.
So far:
I am ranked 31 out of 886 members in Granada High.
I have about a 4.2 Weighted GPA and a 3.84 unweighted GPA.
I have volunteered at Kaiser Permanente Hospital since summer of sophomore till now.
I founded Next Generation Boosters Club which helps students get information about colleges, scholarship opportunities, extracurricular experience. We also provide academic tutoring and our experience within various subjects of our high school courses. I'm President of this club. (Senior Year)
I also founded and am the President of the Philosophy Club at my school.(Senior Year)
I also was involved in the Young Medical Discoverers Group of America for 3 years and am the current Treasurer of the Club.
I was involved in our Highlander Marching Band and Wind and Percussion Band for 3 years. Currently I'm now in the Jazz Band (1st chair)
*Band took A LOT of my time(nearly 40 hours a week) so it was hard to do anything else, so I tried to do more stuff in senior year.
I got 5 in AP Bio, 5 in AP Environmental Science, 3 in AP World History.
Currently taking AP Calculus BC, AP Macroeconomics, AP Music Theory, AP Government, AP Computer Science.
I completed every single science course except Physics, but am planning to take it during the summer.
I also write and draw on the side. I have entered into various writing contests which are still pending.
For ACT I got 29 but am planning to take it again.
For SAT I'm planning to take this October it and hopefully get 2150.
SAT II's I got 770 in Korean. I got 720 in Biology, but planning to retake. 620 for Math Level II also planning to retake. Unfortunately 540 in World History.
I'm Korean.

How are my chances of getting accepted into this school?
All replies are greatly appreciated.

I know I'm not that outstanding as I realize now, but I have always hoped and dreamed of becoming a great doctor someday and I feel Duke can lead me there. I realize that there is nothing else for me than serving my passions to become a great physician in the imminent future.

I think you may underestimate yourself. clearly you have passion for the field, but Duke isn't the only way to get there. Much of becoming a great physician will be determined by how much you study as an undergrad and as a medical student. I do hope you get into Duke, but just remember that it isn't the only path.

btw, your EC's look very strong and if you apply ED i'm sure you have a great shot.

Thank you so much!
Hopefully I can earn my way to becoming a great doctor someday. =]

Oh, and do you know if I should consider a double major because I also have a profound interest for Philosophy as well, but I'm thinking that studies in Medicine will be too overwhelming to handle both that and Philosophy. So should I just focus on Medical?

double majoring is always a difficult path, but if you have a strong passion for both, then that helps make it a little easier because of course you're more willing to study.

or

you might not have to major in biology/premed. you could just say you want to go pre-med, take the required courses plus a few more advanced ones, and just major in philosophy. It's really up to how much you work you want to do in college. I don't have any college experience, but from what i've read on these forums, this is what i can offer :).
