how are my chances of med school?

People tell me all the time that I'm too young to be thinking about college and my career, but I've always wanted to become a doctor. I do not have any second thoughts.

What are my chances of getting into a straight 7-year med program?

9th grade:

1.) Honors Algebra II (A-)
2.) Honors English 9 (A-)
3.) Honors World Studies (A)
4.) Physical Science P (A)
5.) Spanish III (A)
6.) Honors Biology (A)
7.) Journalism (A)

There were about 100 kids taking the Honors Biology course at my school, and I had the 2nd highest grade, with a 99% in the class. My GPA in 9th grade was a 3.9.

10th grade:

1.) Pre-Calculus
2.) Honors English 10
3.) U.S. History A.P.
4.) A.P. Physics (I took physics over the summer at a local university and tested out with an A.)
5.) IB Chemistry (I also tested out of chemistry with an A)
6.) Spanish IV

So far I have A's in all my classes and an A- in pre-calculus and IB chemistry.

11th grade:

1.) Calculus 1
2.) IB World Literature Yr. 1
3.) Government A.P.
4.) A.P. Chemistry
5.) Anatomy/Phsiology
6.) IB Spanish V
7.) Creative Writing

12th grade:

1.) Calculus 2
2.) IB World Literature Yr. 2
3.) A.P. Economics
4.) A.P. Biology
5.) French I
6.) School Newspaper/Independent Study

I got a 26 on my ACT in 9th grade, and a 1540 on my SAT in 8th grade.

That's how my four-year plan is looking like. I am a member of my school's debate team, forensics, multicultural club,Students Against Drunk Driving, as well as being class council vice-president.

I play the piano, dance, work at a research lab in Detroit, play on the J.V. girls tennis team, sub for the girl's varsity team for a different school, and I have 50 hours of volunteer work so far.

Money is not an issue, so I can deal with paying for expensive schools. What are my shots at an Ivy Leage or a 7-year med program?

"People tell me all the time that I'm too young to be thinking about college and my career"

They're 100% correct.

We can't predict your chances with 8th grade SAT scores and freshman grades. Now, go out and play.

Hmm...I think I was kind of like you in 9th grade, but only in the sense that even as I "went out to play," I kept in mind my goals for the future--not that I was posting chances threads on CC lol. So far your grades are good and the high SAT score (if out of 1600) in 8th grade indicates you will do well when you retake the test later on. I would focus on maintaining that academic record all throughout high school. I know people say that 9th is too soon to be thinking about future careers/goals, but with a career like becoming a physician, commitment is necessary, and sometimes the earlier that you figure out you want to become a physician (but you have to be absolutely sure of this! It cannot be a blind commitment!), the better off you will be in taking the actions required (and not required) of you in becoming a physician.
