<p>Graduated from Penn myself, most of those credentials are cool, yet typical. First off, what school(s) within Penn are you applying to? (Wharton, Engineering...???) Secondly, how would you rate your essay-writing skills? I think I had either similar or slightly lesser credentials (in terms of international/prestigious awards, had more than enough in leadership/ECs) but I feel it was my essays that ultimately won them over.</p>

<p>for engineering, do they really care about your ecs and essays? cuz i heard the regional admission officer reads your app first, but the people from the specific school you are applying to ultimately make the decision. I don't know but the engineering officers tend to care more about whether you could get 800 on the math 2c than your uniqueness</p>
