How are my chances? UC

hello, im jinyoungb and i just got introduced to this website from browsing around [; this is my first post.. hehe

so anyways I have a 3.91 uc weighted gpa, and im hoping to get into berkeley or ucla. I have 800 math IIc, 800 physics, 790 chem, 800 korean, and 790 biology ecology. Im also in varsity lacrosse, do alot of volunteering and participate in many math competitions and math circles around los angeles.

I'm just worried about my low gpa. How do you think my chances are?

I apologize if this isnt the kind of question that should be asked on the forums... like i said its my first post ever

oh, and i forgot to mention, my sat reasoning score is 2080. Thanks in advance!

avg sat for uc berkeley/ucla: 2060.
your sat II scores are really good for UC standards
3.91 is good enough to get in, if you have great reccommendations.

you should be ok, haha. hope that helps.

i think you are in pretty good shape for the UCs, definitely UCLA and likely berkeley.

You don't need letters of recommendations for the UCs.

The average GPA for Berkeley is 4.18 (UC weighted) and UCLA 4.15, so make sure that you have great essays :)

I hate how the UCs only count 8 semesters of H/APs... :(
