How are my Chances!!

I have finished my Junior year and am moving onto Senior year.
The colleges I'm targeting are:

Stanford
MIT
Berkeley
UT
A&M
Caltech

I'm probably going to major in Chemical Engineering. Also, I live in Texas so that should help me with UT and A&M

SAT: 2310 Reading 710, Math 800, Writing 800
SAT Math 2: 800
SAT Chemistry: 690 (oops?)
SAT Foreign Language :800

I have not taken any ACT's yet but i'm planning on doing so in Senior year.

AP scores
I don't really know any of them right now, because I'm not really at home so I haven't received the scores back yet..

Junior Classes:
Spanish 3
Chemistry AP
Statistics AP
US History AP
English III AP
Band
Study Hall

I have basically been trying to take all AP classes.
So far, I have received 3 B's and I'm planning(?) on not getting any Senior year :)
Those are my grades so far

Extracurricular Activities:
Spanish National Honor Society.
Symphonic Band for 3 years so far
Librarian Officer Position in Band for 2 years
Captain in Band for 1 year
Jazz Band for 3 years
Musical Pit for 2 years
Solo and Ensemble State Qualified Ensemble and Solo
in a Math club
Volunteer club Leader
Odyssey of the Mind competed and won almost every year Regional and State Level. Have been doing this for about 6 years now.

I have about 250+ hours for volunteering

I realize that this really isn't much... but hopefully some feedbacks will help me decide which colleges to apply to and which to not. I scrolled down and saw one post and that person's Resume was just outstanding.. Mine is basically nothing compared to her's but well success comes to those who try!!

Try REa fir stanford or EA at MIT. Those will be the tough ones, I could see acceptance to the others though.

GPA is not good and 690 does not bode well for a chem engineering major. Stanford, Caltech, Berkley, and MIT are far reaches. ECs don’t compensate for lack of academic ability. Your state schools should be fine though.

Thank you for your opinions…
yea i felt that my GPA and the 690 were pretty bad… but i didn’t think they were going to affect me that much.

They wouldn’t affect you as much if you had a hook (like legacy or URM status) or if you had outstanding ECs. I’'m not sure about your ethnicity, but ECs aren’t great.

okay I’m sorry, I must be dumb or something. but could you explain to me what those terms mean? ECs, URM, REa, EA. im confused… more inputs would be extremely appreciated!!!
