Just my opinion of your chances:

Carnegie Mellon: Match/Safety (better if not enginnering/computer science major)
Cornell: Match (if not a science/engineering major, stautory schools less selective)
Rice: Reach/Match (scores hurt, known to weigh the essays more than some)
USC: Match
UC-San Diego: Reach/Match (out-of-state hurts)
UCLA: Reach (ditto)
UC-Berkeley: Reach (ditto)
UC-Santa Barbara: Match (ditto)
UC-Santa Cruz: Match/Safety (ditto)

Hope this is of use to you. Good luck on your search.

Sorry I forget to mention that I was planning on going into Engineering. Would that knock schools like Cornell and Carnegie out completely?

Paco:

Carnegie Mellon: Slight Reach
Cornell: Slight Reach
Rice: Match
USC: Match
UCSD: Match (out of state)
UCLA: Slight Reach (out of state)
UCB: Slight Reach (out of state)

I think you are a match for all those schools (even the UCs).

Thanks for all the replies guys, I really appreciate it.
