How are my ECs?

I will list the ones on my common app
1)Wrestling (4 years, 3 year captain-led team to 8th in the state)
2) Internship with orthopedic surgeon (50 hours total, watched a couple surgeries, and wrote my common app essay about my experience)
3) Hospital volunteering (Total 120 hours)
4)Worked as an automotive technician ( three summers)
5) Volunteered as religious centers (Spent about 80 hours over four years)
6) Volunteered for Military Purple Heart (Advised and set up donation boxes/events, ~about 50 hours)
7) Actively involved in cleaning the environment (Attended many park, river, neighborhood, clean up events. Removed invasive species. I advise the recycling program for the school district, etc.)
8) National Honor Society ( 2 years, 60 hours)
9) Student congress ( just member, not many hours)
10) Link Crew

Would my EC's make up for lets say a decent standardized test score or help me stand out from the rest. Are they good in general? What kind of schools should I apply to with just these ECs in mind, and my LORs and essays are excellent. Will be retaking the ACT tomorrow, hoping for a 29+.

It’s really hard to say without a Gpa to associate with this, and either your psat or initial act score.
With that said, these seem like interesting extracurriculars that are better than the average college applicant, though by no means extraordinary.

Also, what are you hoping to major in? Are you interested in premed?

Majoring in biophysics. Hopefully I will attend med school.
