How are the women at BU?

The title says it all. Thanks.

How are the women in [insert town here]? I mean, all of them.

Stupid question...

How is that a stupid question?

How is it not?

The women are abundant. The F/M ratio at BU is 60/40. Straight males have a wonderful social life.

It's true. Smart girls don't date BU boys. I don't.

Why not? I'm thinkin about going to BU.

"It's true. Smart girls don't date BU boys. I don't."

Why not?

Personally, I've found very few that are.. let's say.. mature.

Where do you find more "mature" guys?

Well, it's likely not a matter of BU guys being.. troublesome but that freshmen are too distracted by the sheer number of girls that they think they can.. enjoy. I've met a number of grad student guys that are nice.

"It's true. Smart girls don't date BU boys. I don't."

I'll take offense to that...

Haha. You definately don't seem like the type of guy that I encountered a few too many times this last semester.

Bah!

Not all of us chase a skirt (or from what I've heard of BU, another guy's trousers)! Some of us still have decency and common courtesy that seems to be disappearing from these days.

even if the girls are not appealing at BU you have the whole city of Boston. Enjoy.

As a freshman straight male at BU, I can say that there is a tendency from both guys and girls to not be interested in dating/relationships during freshman year. It's rather disappointing, but I assume that it's fairly standard for most college social scenes anyway.

It's quite disappointing.
