How are UPenn's Architecture and Engineering Programs?

Are they renowned or respectable in the fields?

engineering as a whole depends on the specific department:
bioengineering is in the top 10 nationwide, but other departments are not so highly ranked.

Architecture is one of the absolute top pre-professional programs in the US. Don't plan on doing it together with engineering though unless you stay five years - the architecture major is extremely demanding.

it pretty much pwns

On a side note, Penn architects designed the wind tunnel in the Village.
