How are you asking your special someone

<p>How are you guys/girls asking your special someone to prom?</p>

<p>Last year some rich kid went overboard with it...He rented a blimp that had "Kim, PROM PLZ?" on it.</p>

<p>He had a friend pull the fire alarm and everyone got out to see it...Too bad the girl was sick that day and was at home. (His friend got suspended and no prom. Ouch)</p>

<p>Ouch. That friend's story is like one big FML story and a huge epic fail. :(. </p>

<p>But yeah...idk all my guy friends have girlfriends so ehh. I might ask out one of my 10th grade debate buds to go. But that seems sooo creepy doesn't it</p>

<p>I think it's best to just ask. Anything more is creepy--shows you put WAY too much thought into it.</p>

<p>Don’t just ask, that’s horrible. A girl puts in sooo much effort to get ready for prom you might as well put some effort into asking her. I know that if someone just asked me I would have said no because honestly I feel like that means they don’t care enough to put something together. It doesn’t have to be over the top, but do something.</p>

<p>i think if you know the girl well, something a little special would be cute: like one rose, or a more creative way to do it
but if you’re not close friends or dating i would NOT use blimps, flowers, candles etc becuase it’s awkward and kind of creepy</p>
