<p>My ideas for what I am going to do. </p>
<p>Go online on MSN first. Be ready to talk to my friends who applied to MIT.</p>
<p>Play a very moving, inspirational song. Like One Moment in Time by Whitney Houston.</p>
<p>Then be prepared for the decision.</p>
<p>I'll just check it. I'll be on a plane on the way to Costa Rica when decisions come out, so when I get to Costa Rica I'll find out. Nothing can dampen my mood in the Caribbean!</p>
<p>i will have 0,5l of vodka nearby. It'll be 7PM in my place, so: if i am accepted, i will drink half of it and go partying, if not, i will drink all and go sleep.</p>
<p>i'm just going to check with no preparation whatsoever.
then go prom shopping with my friend and let her deal with my extreme happiness or extreme depression.

<p>so i guess we're gonna get home from the airport/lunch and get on separate computers and check at the same time</p>
<p>so it's doubly exciting i suppose</p>
<p>i'm just going to check. It'll be 1 PM my time (central time), so right when 1 hits, i'm going to go ahead and get it over with</p>
<p>I wonder if the server will crash lol. okay, it's soo unlikely, but it'd be kind of awesome as well lol</p>
<p>When Yale posted its early action decisions, its web page was SLOW</p>
<p>but I think MIT's will be fine.. i mean, it is MIT, so they'll have their server up and running at top notch</p>
<p>Of course, MIT is a better school, so more people will want to know right away ;)</p>
<p>hey just so you guys know, for EA, the decisions were supposed to come out at 9pm, and I checked at 8:52 and they were up, so you can probably check a few minutes before the official release time.</p>
<p>its 9pm for me local time..so i will have difficulty eating dinner first of all :P then ill call two of my close friends on a conference call, and log into the decisions page. if i get in: ill go out and party. if i dont get: ill probably go to a friends house or watch a movie at home.</p>
<p>I think the only thing i will focus on is breathe...</p>
<p>and hopefully i dont faint before i click the "log in" button...</p>

<p>FYI: I applied to UNC RD, where the decision was up at 5:00, and I saw my decision at about 3:50.</p>
<p>So, just a heads up that MIT might post decisions a good deal earlier.</p>
