Hi everyone! I’m currently a freshman in a high school that allows freshmen to take certain AP classes. I just finished my first semester and got an A- in both Calculus AB and Chemistry. Does this look bad and how will it place me against others who got A’s?
Seriously?
Many school systems have ditched the minus and plus systems of grading. Colleges will look at the number of the grade you got. To quote above “seriously?” this is the most first world problem. You’re a freshman getting an A in AP Calc and Chem.
bruh this sounds so like me from last year. You’re good. It’s ok bro.
Dude you’re fine, it’s still an A at the end of the day. I’m a junior taking AP Chem and I’m struggling to keep a B in the class!
An A is an A. You’re in college-level STEM classes as a freshman. It’s fine
