How bad do u have to do to get revoked at UW Madison?

im kinda worrying, because this semester, im currently half a letter grade lower in most my classes and a full letter and a half grade lower in one class. However, in one class im getting one letter grade higher than the previous semester.

im kinda freaking out....

potentially useful info...
-fall 09
-engineering major
-from chicago

I’m a little concerned about this too…senioritis kinda snuck up on me.

Recieved my first C in high school :p. Hope that doesn’t hurt me too badly…prays won’t get kicked out

yea ive never gotten a C in my life (except for once in 6th grade) until this point…
so im worrying.

haha calm down, you REALLY need to screw up to get an acceptance revoked, unless you’re at some elite school like Harvard. unless you get D’s, I wouldn’t be worried at all (and keep in mind that schools only care about your final grade - a D for a quarter won’t matter at all)

All the scare about getting rescinded form a college is over-hyped

If you recieve a F in a class during your acceptance, you should probably be concern… even with a D.

that’s the thing…i am getting a D…however, it’s only in one class & its an AP class.
AP Macroecon to be exact. aghh. and grades are unweighted.

Well since you’ve already been accepted, I think your situation is reasonable to be concern. Maybe your semester grade will average out higher than a D? Usually your semester grade is the grade that affects your GPA etc…

aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
