How bad do W's look to Grad Admissions?

<p>I was wondering how bad a W will look to Admissions for Grad school? I have around 3 (2 because I changed my major in the middle of a semester and one due to a health problem that popped up during my June term).</p>

<p>Will I be able to explain these away, or will it ultimately hurt me in the long run?</p>
