I'm a little bit worried..... I think im going to get like 5 As/A+s but 4 Bs/B+s this quarter! i sort of have an excuse: i missed an entire week of school this quarter for music, research, etc. events. but still, im getting a little bit worried. of course ill try to make it up in 4th quarter and the finals, but has anyone ever heard of revocations because of such grade drops? I do take 6 APs and my 1st semester grades did have at most 2 Bs/B+s during 2nd quarter, and 1 B+ 1st quarter. Im hoping my final avgs will be at maximum 2 Bs/B+s and the rest As/A+s. Thanks for any reply!

Well, looking at your "worst case" scenario, with 5 A's and 4 B's, you'd have 3.55 GPA. With your "best case", you'd have a 3.8. I had a 3.6 gpa with which I got admitted. If they kick you out, then there's really no hope for me. Really, though...they only revoke admission if you have a D or two, or if you like, drop down to all C's. You'll be fine.

i forget how crazy some of you kids are....

like peugeot said, keep it above c's and you'll be fine.

hey thanks for ur replies. im sorry im acting this extreme, it's just i heard a lot of things like "if they're not consistent with how you've performed before" or "if ur gpa drops like more than .2" stuff like that. so i thought that i would fall into the "not consistent" or even the "drop more than .2" category.

Yeah, I mean, if they drop .2, isn't that just like a B in one more class, as opposed to an A?...that's a little crazy, that someone said they would revoke your admission for that.

the .2 stuff is completely arbitrary and a myth....stop worrying, just enjoy the end of your senior year and graduate...from what you are telling us you are nowhere near the level of revoking your admission....thats pretty freakin serious, they clearly wont do it cause u get a few Bs, thats ridiculous.

Don't get C's in anything that isn't a hard class. That's all.
