How bad is a B- grade in grad school? (MS Engineering)

I took this course and it was a little too advanced for me. Plus, I have a full-time job so I didn't catch up on all the lectures towards the end. I had at least a B+ going into the final but did bad on the final. I'm a little upset but I know I just have to take what I got.

This will drop my GPA a bit and I am not planning to go for my PhD or anything. I do want to get another master's though. Will this have any impact on admissions? This is the lowest grade I got so far. One of the main reasons why I enrolled in this MS program was to get good grades to make up for the not so strong undergraduate GPA... but I guess I screwed up there.

I dont know how it works these days but you needed B average across board for graduation. So as long as you have that, you can graduate. It is the overall GPA that will matter in the end and not one B-.
