How bad is a registration block?

<p>How bad is a registration block? I was deactivated by CARS online payment bank due to once insufficient fund from my checking account. So from now on, I have to go to the billing and payment office to pay for the tuition with cash every month. The things is since I am already home after finals, I was not able to pay the fees by Dec 22. Now there is a registration block in my telebear and bearfact, will this affect my enrollment of classes for the next semester?</p>

<p>i get them all the time. classes aren’t affected but your fall 2010 grades wont be released to your transcript until you pay up</p>
