So as the topic says, how bad is it to disagree with the asginment making me look like a "bad" humanbeing.
for example:
assignment: Is conscience a more powerful motivator than money, fame, or power?
The prompt is about how history gives us examples that conscience is more powerfull than latter.

Can I write an essay that is totally pro-capitalism saying that conscience isn't more powerfull than those shallow things? I don't personally agree with it, but my pre-made examples do hehe :)

Will it look bad and give the scorer a bias against me? Or do many people do stuff like that and its expected?

Yeah, i’m researching some pre-made info. When I saw this assignment the 1st examples that popped to my head that I could elaborate easily on were standing against the prompt. After a few more seconds I saw which examples could go with the prompt, however, on the actual test I don’t really have any extra seconds. So I was wondering if I coul’d build my essay as the bad guy rather than allways agreeing with them hehe :P

I like Devil’s advocate. If you can play it well, go for it. It’s better than always being a yes man. And, it will be a breath of fresh air for the readers if you can do it well.
