<p>bad? I think it won't help as much if that is what you mean by bad. It does not look genuine.</p>
<p>So what do you recommend I do? I was planning on devoting at least 200 hours before the college applications are due. Should I just do the bare minimum and divert my time to other things?</p>
<p>Is it "genuine?" Are you doing it to put it on your Resume or do you have another reason? If it's the former, don't do it. If the latter, do it. Unless you have no extracurriculars, doing an extracirrcular solely for the sake of putting it on your application is not the best way to spend your time.</p>
