How bad is this?!

In an instance of sheer brilliance, I just wrote to Harvard and said "I plan on applying to Princeton" OOPS. Big no-no. I wrote back correcting that. Thank GOD that wasn't the final application though!

Does H keep track of things like that? Or do they just have better things to do?

why would you even send them mail that you plan on applying. Im sure they throw that in the trash right away. Dont even worry about. The secretaries in the office probably had a good laugh.

Haha no, I didn't send them an email saying I was planing on applying. I was asking some question concerning the school report to be filled out by our GC. That was just my intro sentence. :D

I'm sure they wouldn't be as nit picky as that :D

they'd just laugh it off-- too many other things to consider

How'd you manage that one? Are you planning on applying to Princeton too? I wouldn't be worried, just don't do it in your essays.

hehehe that is funny, but don't sweat it, they probably aren't gonna be mad or anything, just laugh it off :)

something like this happened to my friend, he was still admitted, so don't worry!

Wow thanks guys. I can sleep now! :D

Haha... Perfect illustration of the sheer madness that constitutes the US college admissions process.
