How bad of a score is 630?

Hey CC, sorry for my posts lately. I'm just really worried because this was my first SAT II (or any standardized test as a matter of fact) ever and got my June 4 scores back. Unfortunately, I got a 630 in bio and 590 in chem, which really hit me because I was expecting both to be at least 700. Is 630 and 590 a bad score for NEU? Also, to the people that got into Northeastern, what were your academic stats/ec's/Sat I's & II's?
Thanks in advance.

As of last year’s admission process, Northeastern doesn’t look at SAT subject tests.

That being said, if you’re applying to other schools who really do look at them, 630 may be too low. The idea behind the subject tests is that students will only take the ones that they are best at, so the average score is much higher than the normal SAT. But don’t feel bad though. I took chem and got around 630, then bought a prep book and studied, and got an 800 the second time I took it. So it’s definitely possible to up your score a lot.
