How bad will my weak ECs hurt my chances at top schools?

I know many schools don't really look at your extracurricular activities and I'm not really worried about getting into my safety school but I was just wondering how much my chances are hurt at really good schools like Harvard, Columbia, Yale, UChicago, Northwestern, etc.

It's not like I have ABSOLUTELY no ECs but they are definitely not stellar or unique. I have been part of 2 school clubs since freshman year and have a leadership position in both of them now (buildOn and a culture club). I am also a part of 2 other clubs but I'm only a member of them and not really active. I have volunteered at races, the Salvation Army, a hospital, and with tutoring peers.

These are very minimal, very basic ECs I feel and I didn't do anything like fundraise $10,000 for my church so I was just wondering if this would be a complete deal breaker for very elite top schools.

[Side note: I have a 4.0 unweighted GPA 5.0 weighted and 34 on ACT and
I'm a first generation college student who is Hispanic, which I've heard helps because of diversity and blah blah]
