How bad would this look?

Currently a sophomore in high school...
Last year...
Classes: 5 AICE, 1 AP, 1 Honors (all As); received award for 5 of my classes; 2 Varsity sports and qualified up to Regionals in both (Cross Country and Track and Field); very involved in Key Club (earned about 100 hours that school year)
Attended: up to Cross Country Regionals, up to Track and Field Districts (injured list for Regionals and couldn't go...), District Convention for Key Club
This year...
Classes:
AICE Biology
AP Biology
AP Seminar
AICE Environmental
AP World History
AICE English Language
Spanish 3 Honors
AP Calculus BC
Earning all As
I just finished my Cross Country Season (varsity, qualified up to Regionals) although it wasn't a superb season.
Clubs:
Key Club (Class Officer), Paw Club (Editor), Science Olympiad (my team will probably go up to States, if not, Nationals), Interact Club, Best Buddies (and some other minor clubs)
The issue is... because of my schedule and Science Olympiad and Key Club, it will be very difficult for me to do Track. Conditioning starts in a week, and I will have practice until end of April... I know that I won't be able to dedicate my time and may not be able to represent my school in many meets. I would hate to not do it, but it seems like I have to quit.
How bad would it look to go down to only 1 varsity sport?
And I was thinking of joining a local running community that trains for Marathons and run a few halfs. Would this make up for Track and Field?

One question.

What’s the use of you listing all of your grades, classes, etc if you could just ask “What if I drop a sport for a club, is that ok?”

I mean congrats, you’re taking AP’s, getting A’s, your science Olympiad team is good, but why would we care in this situation?

It doesn’t look bad at all if it has nothing to do with your future. I was a former runner also for XC and T&F, and there’s not really a point to continue this sport unless if you’re heavily looking on a scholarship, and even then there are several other scholarships out to get. Even if you become the greatest runner in the world, you would still be in debt. Leonel Manzano makes $50K-$55K annually and heck he got 2nd in the 2012 Olympics-London in 1500m. Athletes depend on the media.

ANYWAYS, if you don’t want to be an athlete when you grow up, then don’t do it. Colleges want to know the real you man, just do what you love and everything will fall into your hands. You’ll be fine if you drop it because I am right now, good luck! :)

What’s AP Seminar? I’ve never heard of that.
