How badly will this hurt me??

Hi,
I am from India and I hope to apply to the US for my undergrad.
My academics currently read:
ACT: 32
Toefl: 104
9th: 9.0
10th: 9.4
11th: 61%
12th(midterm): 93%

How much will that very obvious hit in 11th grade hit me?
I want to major in Bio but took economcs and hence felt bogged down and neglected my studies (BIG TIME) during 11th grade. I learnt from that and did much better in 12th. However, does this put my dreams of an IVY completely out? (Yes, I will need FAid, Can only afford 30k/annum)

Your ACT is low for any Ivy… do you have any SATII scores? Any significant ECs – academic olympiads, major awards, etc.?

And yes, that 11th grade will weaken your application.

(You know, there are schools in the US besides Ivies…)

Buy a Fiske Guide and start reading.
Most US universities know that Class XI results are low in India.
But your odds at an Ivy regardless ae about 1%. Apply if you want to, but apply to other good schools, such as LACs in the Midwest and South.
