I am a US citizen but my parents are not.
We are currently living in SaudiArabia where I will be finishing my high school.
I intend to apply to a variety of universities in the US including the Ivyleague.(specially Cornell)
Can anyone please tell me how do I display my need (as my parents dont have tax record in the US and how can I apply for need based aid which forms will I have to fill etc.?
also please tell me if I qualify as an International student or a US student?

As a US citizen, you will file as a US student. Indicate that your parents will not file a US tax return, then provide as much of the appropriate financial information that you can.

Be prepared to provide a good deal of documentation.

who do I supply the financial information and which forms should I use to supply this information ?
Please help!!!

^^

we’ve never applied for FA, but I think the FAFSA and CSS PROFILE forms and the schools that you apply to tell you what info you need and where they get sent.

Look at the FAFSA and CSS websites and see what is needed. Look at the FA pages of the schools that you’re applying to. That should be your roadmap. If in doubt, call/email the FA offices of your schools and ask…you’ll get the correct info that way.
