<p>Test and registration fees (including late fees and telephone re-registration fees) cannot be refunded, even if you cancel your test scores or are absent on test day. </p>
<p>Most fees are not refundable. The following fees are refundable only under specific circumstance:</p>
<pre><code>* SAT Question-and-Answer Service (QAS) or SAT Student Answer Service (SAS). These are refundable only if your order has not yet been fulfilled or if you missed your test date (for example, you were absent or you had to take a makeup test).
Additional score reports that you ordered at the time of registration are refundable only if you are absent.

<p>My D had a schedule conflict with the March SAT after she had already registerd for it so we switched it to June and had to pay an extra fee but not the entire fee again. Maybe you could switch your registration to October. But you have to call College Board about it. You can’t do it over the internet.</p>
