How can I decide? Prestige vs. Cost?

If money is important, you should look at overall cost. Being a scholar at a school of that size and quality does not buy you huge benefits (just because everybody gets so much attention anyway).

Those are both amazing schools with no difference in prestige, opportunities, etc.

Compare financial packages at both and if they are not much different go for a fit.

Amherst is EXTREMELY generous with giving fellowships for students, and most people who apply will get them. I got one over winter break and one for the summer, so don't let that be the deciding factor with Amherst vs. Swarthmore.
