I plan on LSU. I am a sophomore in high school and know I can keep a 3.0, I know I can make a 22 on my ACT, and I will have all the courses that are required. Still I feel like I need a little something extra to put me above the competition. I was thinking extra-cirriculars but I'm not sporty and m school only has 300 someThing kids so we are short on that kind of thing. The only things we have are 4-H and FBLA. Is there anything I could do maybe outside of school that they would like? And how about those things? Plus I was looking into Joan Miller Hall. Is that a good choice? Thank you in advance for reading and providing any help you can give.

My advice is to shoot for a GPA much higher than a 3.0 and an ACT score much higher than 22. Those two numbers can translate into a lot of scholarship money.

Admission to LSU is not hyper-competitive. It is easier to gain undergrad admission, IMO, than it is to stay enrolled.

Unfortunately, I know nothing about Joan Miller Hall.
