hi, I just got my ACT state test score today. The composite score this time is 29, which is the same as the score I got in February. Here is the details:

Feb ACT: 29
Reading: 23 - Social studies/ Science: 14 - Arts/ Literature: 9
Math: 36
Science: 30
English: 27

April State ACT: 29
Reading 23 (yeah, it cannot go up.) - - Social studies/ Science: 8 - Arts/ Literature: 17
Math: 34 (not a problem with colleges that superscore ACT.)
Science: 28 (not a problem also!)
English 31: better

So, my reading subscores demonstrate that for the Feb ACT, I did not do the reading passages in order, but focused on the science passage while for the April ACT, I did the passages in order and did not have enough time to do the last science passage.
Basically, I have tried two strategies for the Reading section already, and neither of them seems to work for me.

Because English is my second language, is there any other Reading strategy that fits me?
Please help me!!!
