How can I improve my 1510 to >2000

Math

I suggest using “Amsco’s Preparing for the Sat I: Mathematics” ([Amazon.com: Amsco’s Preparing for the Sat I: Mathematics (9781567655803): Richard Andres: Books](http://www.amazon.com/Amscos-Preparing-Sat-I-Mathematics/dp/1567655807)). It is organized by topic and actually teaches the concepts to you. You seem to be doing a lot of guess as well. Never blindly guess an answer. Always see if you can narrow down the answers. If you can’t narrow down the answer choices, DO NOT GUESS. Math is easy to improve in.

Writing

I used to get terrible scores in writing. I found that I improved the most by just reading the questions carefully. Often time, we will find errors by looking closely. The more you practice the better you will be. As far as the essay goes, don’t waste time writing a 20 page novel. Make sure your essay is concise and to the point.

CR

The most difficult section to improve on. Study vocab, do practice problems and GO OVER YOUR MISTAKES.

I suggest you buy this book:
[Amazon.com: The Ivy Insiders Guide to the SAT: Nicholas Green: Books](http://www.amazon.com/Ivy-Insiders-Guide-SAT/dp/B002AJLZPI)

It helped me and everyone else I know who used it tremendously. I know about 20 people who did. 18 of them scored 2100 or above. its called “the ivy insiders guide to the SAT” it was written by ivy league students who cracked the SAT. Its a great book.
