How can I improve my chance of getting accepted into Columbia.

I have always wanted to go to Columbia and after recently touring the campus, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I would appreciate it so much if someone could give me some advice on how I can improve my chance. Currently I am a rising junior with a 4.0 GPA. My unweighted average is a 96 and my weighted average is a 100. I intend to major in either history or political science.

Those are really your only EC’s? You need to buckle down and find things you’re passionate about. ASAP. Go. Do it. Bye. Sorry but Columbia is competitive as h***, and your EC’s are nowhere close to the level of admits.

Score a mid 2200+ or 34+ on the ACT and you’ll be in the running at least.
