How can I improve my chance of getting into Ivy League school?

I want to know how can I increase my chance of getting into Ivy League school. I am currently a junior and I have a GPA of 4.00 as my weighted average. I do not have any job experience or internship before. However, I have many volunteered services both at school or outside of school. I will be joining NHS next year when I am a senior. In addition, I rank number one in my school and have won the AMC 12 school winner award. I haven't taken the SAT yet, but I will be taking it in June. For the SAT II subject tests, I have taken Chemistry and Math I & II. All of which I score 700 and above. I am currently taking two AP classes in school. This is pretty much all of my information. Can someone please tell me some advise to make a stronger applicant for Ivy League school?

P.S. I want to go to Colubmia University or MIT and my major is math and chemistry
