How Can I Improve My Chances? | High School Junior

To be honest, Stanford is my top choice, and I know its hard to get into. How can I improve myself/what are suggestions for colleges to apply to?

Scores:
Act Composite- 33 (E: 35, M: 30, RC: 36, S: 32, E/W: 32)
GPA - 89.7777, which I believe is like between a 3.4 and 3.6; I've been looking on the internet to no avail, and this does not consider my JUNIOR YEAR grades AT ALL
Biology SAT- 690 when taken freshman year. I plan to retake after AP Biology this year
Chemistry SAT - waiting for scores
APs - will take Bio, Spanish, Calc AB, Psych, and one other

Arts Extracurriculars:
Lead Clarinetist in Wind Ensemble
Lead Clarinetist in Chamber Orchestra
Lead Baritone Saxophonist in Jazz Band
Played the part of a witch in Macbeth sophomore year
Played miscellaneous roles in Sunday Night freshman year
Has won Level 4 (out of 6) at Solofestival on Clarinet

Academic Extracurriculars:
Model United Nations- has won multiple Best Delegate (1st place) awards, several Honorable mentions (3rd)
Chemathon Team - won Crystal Growing competition (my portion) and overall team won 1st

Athletic Extracurriculars:

Leadership:
Attended Student Diversity Leadership Conference (chosen)
Vice President of Environmental Awareness Club

Volunteerwork:
40+ and counting hours of hospital work

Other:
Attended Stanford's Education Program for Gifted Youth freshman year
Will be working at a science internship this coming summer

Thoughts? Be blunt and honest, please. How can I improve my GPA in one year?!

what major?
your biggest flaw is definitely your grades–not good enough for Stanford

I completely agree- is there a way to improve my gpa, other than getting all As, which I have been so far?
(aka, do I have any hope at all in bringing my GPA up to Stanford level?)

Double Major in International Relations and Biological Sciences [will be retaking Bio SAT]

consider taking university or cc classes during the summer.

Your ACT scores seem to be up to par, but your gpa may be a problem. The only way to cover that gpa is to take vigorous courses (that look good), and do well in them. Also, there are tons of great schools in california! So you shouldn’t just focus on Stanford.

Thank you for your advice!
I will be taking a sixth major next semester, and I have started the year off with all As, including in my AP courses.
I am determined to raise my GPA, so I shall try my best c:
Once again, thanks!

If there is any other advice, please post, as I am looking for as much as possible.
