How can I improve my chances? (Stanford)

...this is my first post :)
Stanford is my dream school. I know, I'm basically saying my dream is to win the lottery, but if you were accepted to Stanford, or have any advice I would be incredibly grateful.
I am in 10th grade currently. Right now I'm working on a 4.0 un-weighted, but I am only in 2 AP classes (4 are offered). I am currently in pre-calc, 2 years ahead of most of the students at my school, at least one year ahead of all but a few, but I'm not in honors pre-cal. Next year I will be taking all honors/AP. I do not have a lot of ecs yet, however I do a lot of volunteer work at this woman's shelter. If I continue I will have more than 5000 hours by senior year, not including the six hours a month I do at my church. I love animals, and so I'm going to train a seeing eye dog starting in February. Also, I am an artist :) my parents are artists (that is their career. Yes both of them), so we sometimes have money trouble, but I am very involved in art and people are always impressed with my work. I'm taking art as an elective all four years and I'm going to take AP art. People say I am a gifted writer as well. I love writing more than anything else in school, even art, and I love how you can influence the way people see the world with just the right words :D I plan to begin submitting my art and writing to competitions. Also, I would like to start a blog or an online business. I've been researching how to start an online business, and I think I could do it. Hopefully I could help support my family that way and also show that I am an entrepreneur. I have an idea for a charity event that I could set up at my high school that I think would be both creative and successful, and the money earned would go to fight illiteracy. I feel like this would be a very good experience because it would require a lot of self directed work and leadership. I am in French 2, and am also learning basic Russian independently. My sister wants to teach me Spanish and ASL because she knows how much I love language. Are there tests I can take to prove the extent of my fluency? These are all things I am passionate about. I want to get into Stanford because I want to change the world. No one is pushing me. I don't have 'tiger' parents, and I've never had a tutor. Please don't tell me there's no way I can get in, I know the odds. If there are any areas I should be focusing on that I've missed here please tell me, and if something I've listed here is unimportant, please point it out. I am a female Irish American. (I want to study either law, psychology, or business.)
If anyone who's been accepted or is attending Stanford reads this, would you please tell me what the high and low points of your resume were? or what it is exactly that set you apart? what specifically is Stanford looking for in applicants? (in you opinion)
Thank you

Ну ну, не плохо…

Yeah, I can also speak Russian. A few basic tips. stack up on AP courses, keeps grades at a decent 3 A{s to 1 B )at least= level, and maybe do some other EC’s like your blog, or editing animal-related articles on Wikipedia (I’d be glad to walk you through the steps there). If you seriously will have 5000 hours, then dang, you’ll probably be in…

This should help: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/stanford-university/1480174-stanford-class-2017-official-decisions-thread-rd.html

You seem pretty qualified, just make sure you do great on those SAT/ACTs. Take them once this June, and then retake a couple times junior year. That’s what I did, it’s way less stressful that way. good luck!
