How can I improve my score from a 1600 to an 1800?

Hey guys, my SAT score is a 1600 and I’m taking the test in November. Would it be possible to improve my score by 200 points within that time frame? If yes, then how can I prepare for it?
Thanks!

Yes possible! I like taking practice tests. You can find ones in books from Amazon or online for free.

Study!

You can do it!

Hi
It’s possible to pass from 1600 to 2000 the only thing that u need is practice my friend. Practice every week. On sat exam par week.
Also use books like Barron’s, College board, Princeton review and follow there lead u will do just fine. If u cannot have access to this books go online and there u will find many websites that are helpful.
U can do this work hard
Practice Makes Perfect

Thank you! I have been taking an SAT prep course this whole summer. Since summer is coming to an end, I’m just worried that I won’t have enough time.

Taking practice tests help A LOT. just make sure you check each answer correct and wrong and ask yourself why the right answer was right and why the wrong answers were wrong. and unlike what Totish said i don’t think you should use any other books except BB for practice tests because the other books usually aren’t accurate. However, you can use these books to get tips and tricks and then apply them on problems in the BB.

I would suggest to break the test in pieces and do a little each day but you should finish one test a week.

It is definitely possible to improve your score. I received a 1650 on my PSAT sophomore year (without having any idea of what it’s going to be like). Then, I retook the PSAT junior year and got a 2000. After the taking the SATs twice my junior year, I got a superscore of 2120. I did this just by taking A LOT of practice tests and learning the major tricks involved in the math and writing questions. Just remember that almost all of the questions in those sections are going to be very similar (especially writing). Good luck!

Honestly, I think reading enough topics on this forum could take you from 1600 to 1800.
