I am an international and don't have chance to take AP/IB classes. My family also cant afford a trip to US to learn college courses.
I self-studied a lot of stuffs on khanacademy, learned some courses on Open Yale Course and MIT Open Courseware. My brother also printed some AMC tests online for me to take and I got about 115 and only 5 in AIME. How can I include this in my application form? Can I include this in the academic section of the Common App then I elaborate and explain in the additional information or I can only write in the additional section or I have to write some thing like a letter to explain :(?
Thank you

This is appropriate for the additional information section.

But I can only write it on the additional information? Can I fill them in the academic part then elaborate them later.

As niceday said, you can include such info in the additional info section.

And am I right in guessing that the 115 AMC and 5 AIME were just simple practice tests done by yourself rather than official scores? If this is the case, do not include this information in your application. It will not help at all, and it may even be seen as an effort to forge such results.

You can talk about your online courses, but do not talk about your AMC and AIME grades which are not official.
