I don't score very well on the ACT science, usually running out of time. Any tips? Or should I give up entirely and focus on the SAT?

Take practice tests. They really. This is my progess (past 2 weeks)

format = test #, time over

(1, 10 miin) (2, 5 min) (3, 5 min) (4, 3 min) (5, 1 min) (6, 20 seconds) (7, few seconds)

Just took the 7th, woot. Now plot these points and calculate the quadratic regression… if you want to practice for math II lol

Yeah, I tried the “skip reading the paragraphs and just do the questions” strategy but it ended up in a 26 in practice tests.

Well, I raised my science score from a 25 to a 33. Basically, what everyone said. Just keep taking practice test after practice test. You don’t have to do the passages in order. I suggest doing all the charts and graphs passages first (they are the easiest and you don’t have to read them). Then do the easiest research summaries (not reading word for word, but just skimming the passage) and finish with the hardest research summary. Leave the conflicting viewpoints passage for last.
