Making friends won’t be a problem, especially since you are planning to take many AP classes and participate in activities! People who take AP classes especially if they’re pretty challenging will probably form one big study group so they can all help each other with assignments and tests (or that’s at least what I’ve done for hard ap/ honors classes). You will definitely make friends in matching ban because they’re probably the most sociable people ever. Just don’t be afraid to speak up or participate in class or group activities. Be open and be positive!

Lol, a break from the usual academic atmosphere on this website is never a problem.

As for making friends, as oliveoil15 said, you will very likely make friends with people in your AP classes, as well as in marching band and MUN. People are pretty nice and welcoming, you just have to make sure you respond to their willingness to be your friend. What has happened to me often is that people will be really nice to me, and I would be so shy that I would not really say much back and they would get tired of trying.
I think you should be fine with making new friends, as long as you say SOMETHING. Good luck and let us know how it goes! :)

If you’re gonna be in marching band you should be good. At our school Marching Band and The Football Team are the two most tight knit communities. If you join either one of those here, you’ll be golden.
