I put a window decal on showing the university that I attend. Is that enough?

It's a "higher-end" car so I don't want ppl to think it's my parents.

I want ppl to look at my car and know it's mine and that i'm not just using my parents car.

That won’t help too much, your parents could be alumni from that school. Or they put it on there because their you, their child, goes to that school.

Unless you want to put a bunch of alcohol/energy drink/whatever stickers on there, get some huge subs, etc, and defeat the purpose of having a nice car, I’m not sure what to do.

I don’t want to do a spoiler or any mods so please don’t suggest them.

if you have your car at school you would having a student parking sticker which would be a sign you were young…

An airbrushed plate with your name on it, if your state doesn’t require front plates?

I think it’s tacky, but it’s the easiest route.

Or you could just not care about what other people think. I drive my car around and I wouldn’t want to tacky up my luxury car.

What college kid has a luxury car that they “bought them self”

I personally have a pink swirly-girly monogram on the back of my car. I live in the northeast and this is not very common, but I know in the south these are very popular among college age girls. Now I realize maybe you are a guy. Haha, in that case, disregard this.

It looks like you like zombies. Any person of any age could have that on their car. Why do you feel the need to make sure everyone knows that you’re not driving your parents car? Do you own the car and pay its payments? Did you purchase this car with your own money that you earned independently? If not…why do you want people to think that you did the above?

Lots of take out food containers and random papers/laundry LOL

Buy a Scion TC like I did.

The car was a gift to me. I don’t pay anything towards it.

I kinda earned it since i’ve maintained my gpa and stayed out of trouble.

I want them to think it’s mine so I don’t come off as spoiled or anything.

Well, you still didn’t pay for it. You should be proud of who you are. Coming from a family with enough money to buy their kid a car is nothing to be ashamed of.

What exactly is it that you’re driving? I know you said that you don’t want to mod, but a tasteful exhaust and wheels or HID headlights would be enough to make it obvious a young person drives it without having to resort to bumper stickers.

I’m not trying to come off as ride, but you didn’t buy. You didn’t pay for it. It’s ok. People are going to think what they think. It’s a bit phony of you to try to make people think its your own car. “Own car” as in you paid for it with your own money that you earned through working completely independently from your parents.

I say ride around it your flashy car and be proud of it!

It’s a mid-size '06 Lexus sedan. Maybe not technically “high-end” but yeah…

I understand most of your points of view. I just want ppl to know that I have a ride. Let’s try to stay on topic :)

What other kinds of bumper stickers do you guys recommend?

That sticker is the chosen one.

Lol , if just getting good grades and not getting in trouble “earns” you a car I think a lot of posters on CC would be riding around in nicer cars haha

“I just want ppl to know that I have a ride. Let’s try to stay on topic”

I don’t really see why that matters? And, I’m sure it would come up at some point in time, which would be when you go “Oh, I have blah blah blah”. Not very complex. There is no reason to get a moronic bumper sticker. I’m pretty sure if people see you driving around they will think its your car.

I just don’t really understand your point in all of this.
