I made a mistake on the application regarding my GPA. I’ve sent emails to admissions email, but then looked on the “contact us” page and found out that they do not monitor an email address. So I called twice to speak to an admissions representative. The first one said something along the lines of “I dunno what to tell you”. The second one told me “send us an email”. When I told her that the website currently does not monitor an email, she told me “when we start looking at applications we will look at your email and correct the mistake”. For some reason I am not buying that because if they don’t monitor an email address now, how would they get the email in the first place? I’m stuck as what to do to get this corrected. I live in another state or else I’d do it in person. Should I contact admissions and ask for an admissions officer? Should I send a letter by mail explaining the situation? This is frustrating me that their representatives don’t know what to tell me.

Honestly, that mistake will correct itself when they ask for transcripts.

But CP Pomona doesn’t ask for transcripts at the time when the officers do admission. So this mistake could affect my chances at getting in considering it would raise my GPA from 3.27 to 3.50

CPP will admit or deny you after they receive and go over your transcripts.

Most schools will recalculate your GPA based on your self-reported classes. I wouldn’t worry too much since many applicants will calculate their GPA wrong.
