Hi,
All my teachers wrote my recs on the common app and now I want to apply to a college that requires signed paper documents to be send via mail. The problem is I need to apply as soon as possible and I in my country everybody's in the winter break until January 7th. Can they convert the common app recs into paper forms or are there any other solutions?

Yes, print them and have them snailmailed. Simple

But the college I’m applying to requires some "Admission recommendation " form from their website. Can I still just print the common app ones?

Print out the school’s accompanying form, give it to your rec letter writer. That person sends both in to the school.
