How can I send my novels to Penn?

I know that art supplement can be sent through Common App, but there seem to be no option for written works, such as novel.
However, I really do want UPenn to take a glimpse at my publications! (they are my hooks)
I can't directly send paper versions, since they will be published in December. (I'm applying for ED)
Should I make a blog and post my works on it?

Any idea?

Odds of them reading your whole novel are slim to almost none, I think. Here is what I would do:

Included the info on the planned publication in December in your application.

Possibly send ONE CHAPTER of your most compelling work to the admissions office on paper. Include a letter explaining it is an art supplment to go with your application. Note: I would ask a trusted adult (English teacher, for example) to confirm that your work is exceptional and likely to act as a hook, and helping you decide what exactly to send.

Alright, wrong word choice.
One of them is a picture book with 32 digitally-colored illustrations (high quality and all drawn by me).
Since the book is aimed at children, there are little words. (2~3 sentences a page, 35 pages total)
Another is more of a novella, with fewer illustrations and more words.
Between these 2, my favorite is the first book.
Umm…would it be ok if I only send my first book?
