Hi fellow CC members
I have to include rec. letters to my Common Application, but my school doesn't support the Naviance program.
People say that I have to include it online, but I honestly don't know how to do that.
All I see under school forms section is "Your school is using Naviance eDocs to complete the FERPA waiver and release authorization. If you have not already done so, please contact your counselor directly and they will provide instructions specific to your school regarding this document." and "or transcripts, school reports and teacher recommendations, your school is using Naviance eDocs. Please contact your counselor directly and they will provide instructions specific to your school regarding these documents. Once your counselor and teachers submit their school forms you will be able to view their status here."
I live in China, so sending rec. letters by mail is nearly impossible.
Any suggestions?

There is setting your school needs to change so the recs do not need to go through naviance to get to the common app. Contact your school official who is in charge of such things and if they don’t know how to do it then they need to contact Naviance to disable that setting.

Then you can send your recs through the common app.

We had this same problem at our HS and the counselor went into the Naviance settings and changed it.
