How can I skip Algebra II?

I am a upcoming freshman, I took geometry as an 8th grader, and took an algebra program over the Summer. I have learned almost everything there is to learn about algebra II, but the teacher of the algebra II program won't have me skip to pre-calculus next year, just because she says that she doesn't like my classroom attitude (I can see why though, I put in two hours each day after class towards learning ahead, so I often find myself bored in class). She already sent me an email saying that she won't recommend me, and that she also thinks that I would easily pass the final assessment to skip algebra II. The problem is that she already talked to the program directors that I will not be taking the test to skip. I don't see why something like my attitude would hold me back from pursuing further learning, and I don't want to be stuck learning the same class two times in a row, and I may be bored out of my mind, since I already know all the material. Is there any way that I could take a test of some sorts to skip the class next year and move to pre-calculus?
Thank you in advance

Can you just take the Credit By Exam test or will you school take an online class like Aleks.com or something similar?

Have your parents intervene on your behalf at the high school level and district level if needed.
You just have to pass the test.
The teacher added the attitude part, unfairly.
Have them press the issue firmly and calmly so you can test out.

By the way, adjust your attitude, don’t be a problem in the classroom.

Try talking to division head

TBH, your teacher purposely trying to ruin you if its only about your “attitude”
