How Can I transfer to UGA as a Sophomore?

I am currently a Freshmen at Georgia State University and I am planning on transferring to the University of Georgia. However, I'm having a problem due to UGA's transfer deadline on April 1st. UGA requires transfer students to have 30 semester hours before the April 1st deadline. However, I will have 30 hours after the deadline when the spring semester is over. This semester(Fall) I took 17 hours of transferable credit and I have 9 hours of AP Credit from High School at GSU. That means I'm 4 hours short of meeting the semester hours requirement. Is there anyway I could transfer? Can I somehow gain 4 hours of credit before April 1st.

By the way, my AP credits at GSU count as 9 hours, but at UGA they count as 13 hours, which would give me the 30 hours I need. But unfortunately I cannot use AP credit hours that are not recorded as specific courses on my GSU transcript.

I really wanna go to UGA next year(Fall 2011) and I don't wanna spend an extra semester at GSU, so ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone figured out how to transfer to UGA as a sophomore? since they require 30 credits to be finished by the application deadline which is april 1st? Im gonna be entering my freshman year of college this fall at a local school and i know i wanna transfer to UGA as a sophomore! how can i do it?
