How can some of you guys take 5 and 6 AP classes a year?

I’m gonna have to jump in and be biased and say that crew is in fact the most time consuming. I have practice year round after school from 3-7 or 7:30 and have practice most Saturdays and regattas every Sunday in the spring. So no weekend coma for me :frowning: Last year, in addition, I took 4 APs, did an independent science research project on fingerprinting, and was in multiple other time consuming activities (a cappella group that practices before school every day, robotics, academic team, piano, was the VP of Finance for a charity). I actually got a decent amount of sleep, but I tend to work very quickly at the expense of quality… not always the best idea. I think the most important thing is to know what you’re getting yourself into so that you’re prepared to handle the workload when it comes, instead of spending a bunch of time being surprised/stressed.
